What Owed is
Owed is a self-help tool. It explains public passenger rights rules and fills in documents you send yourself. We are not a law firm, we don't act for you, and nothing on this site is legal advice. Results depend on your facts and on the airline; we can't promise you'll be paid.
The escalation kit
The kit is a one-time purchase of $24 (CAD for Canadian flights, USD otherwise), plus any sales tax shown at checkout. After payment you get a page with a follow-up letter, a regulator complaint and a small claims guide for your flight. Keep the page's address; it's how you get back to your kit.
Refunds
If the kit didn't help, email us within 30 days of buying it and we'll refund you in full. No questions.
Accuracy
We keep the rules up to date, but they change. Check the current rules or ask a lawyer or licensed paralegal before relying on them.
