What we store
When you run a check, we store the answers you picked (airline, flight date, what happened, how late you arrived, the reason given) and the result, so we can see how the tool is used. If you choose to leave your email for a reminder, we store that email with your check.
Payments
The escalation kit is paid through Stripe. Stripe handles your card details; we never see them. We receive the email Stripe collects for your receipt and the flight details you checked (airline, date, what happened), which we need to build your kit.
What we never receive
Your claim letter and kit documents are built on your own device. Your name, booking reference, flight number and route are not sent to us. We never ask for airline account passwords.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase in Canada (ca-central-1) and the site is hosted by Vercel. We don't sell your information or share it with airlines.
Your choices
Ask us to delete your email at any time by writing to jaden@ckappliedsystems.com.
